As good as the original location. This location has a different feel that fits the area a little better. The food is amazing.
We went here to try somewhere new for a date night, it was BUSY. But they seated us quickly, it smelt delicious. We got chips before we ordered and that and the salsa delicious. We ordered guacamole too which was even more delicious. Once we ordered our food we were thoroughly impressed with how fast the service was, both our plates were done within 10 minutes, I was so surprised. It was hot, delicious, and all their food had their own unique and signature flavor. I ordered a big combination plate so I could try a little bit of everything, there wasn’t a single bite I took that I didn’t like. Will definitely be coming back.
I had the pork enchilada with chile relleno first off their salsa is amazing with the chips so perfect no need for salt. Then onto the food The rice has a yummy tomato taste and the beans were perfectly salted not to mention the enchilada and relleno or one of the best I've had in a very long time!!!! Oh oh and we had a spicy margarita and two house margaritas at our table and all of them were so refreshing and so perfect it was unreal!!! HIGHLY recommend this place I can't believe we waited so long to try it out! We will be back!!
Welcome to 'Mi Ranchito'. You can't beat the atmosphere at the South Jordan Location, although the other three locations are great as well. Great portions and quality of food and service at Mi Ranchito are part of the great success of this Mexican restaurant. The variety of plates is way larger than most other restaurants. Give this place a chance and I bet you will be back for more.
Best authentic Mexican restaurant in Utah! My favorites are the fajitas and their chimichangas! The energy is great and the service is amazing! I love that it’s family owned too!! Don’t leave without trying their piña coladas; you won’t regret it! Absolutely LOVE this place!
We were there about 7 on a Thursday night. It was packed, but we got seated immediately. Waiter brought chips and salsa within just a couple of minutes and was very attentive. Got our orders in and food came surprisingly fast. It was hot and fresh and delicious. I was blown away by how fast and efficient everything was especially considering how busy they were. Waiter was very friendly and helpful and didn't show stress or annoyance even though he was also waiting on a 20 person table adjacent to us. Super impressed. Flavor of the salsa and chips really good. And the food tasted very good. I got the Supreme burrito and it is worth the money. Huge burrito and least a foot long. Fed me for lunch the next day too. We will definitely be back. Well done. 11/2024 Update. We've been back multiple times and are always very impressed with the service and the food. So good.
Wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Their homemade guacamole is prepared right in front of you and it is to die for! They were able to serve our group of 20 in a decent timely manner. I will say I wasn't super impressed with their beans and rice, but the main dish of the meal, which for me was the enchiladas, it was really good. I also appreciate that they have good kids meals for the picky eaters and those who don't really like Mexican food.
I grew up going to the Mi Ranchitos down in orem I didnt know there was one close by. They bring over a guacamole and fresh sauce cart! How dope is that? Its all made fresh right there if you choose to pay for it. The price is between 10-15 i can't remember but it's fresh and is worth venturing out and trying. They have a beautiful bar with open seating a pet wall close to the bathrooms of all the pets that the employees have owed. Thought that was a cool little touch. In a sense makes you feel like family there. The seating isn't so close to each other that you can't push your chair out to move which is nice. The waitresses are so sweet. The food here is always fresh and tastes so good. Ill take pictures next time of the food that was ordered so you get a better feel and sense of how amazing it not only looks but tastes We will definitely be coming back since this is close by and across the street from the So Jordan Park which has pickly ball, open fields and a play ground so after dinner you can drive 2 seconds and get the kids (or your) energy out after an incredible meal.
